Woodland Haberdashery and Jewellery with Fay Jones

An ideal workshop to get confident with wood and hand tools.

In the morning we’ll all work on the same projects of shaping a wooden pendant and making a hair stick or crochet hook. In the afternoon the workshop will be more freestyle enabling you to make whatever you’d like – buttons, weaving shuttle, wooden needle or earrings – with the assistance of the tutor.
Using a variety of local seasoned woods, simple hand tools and sandpaper you’ll be able to make and take home a whole variety of beautiful handmade objects.
This is an ideal workshop to make yourself the perfect finishing touch for a special project or to create the perfect fibrecraft tool!
