Watercolours painting course

Are you looking for a fun and relaxed class to learn a new skill? Or do you already have some experience in using watercolours and painting? Then we have the perfect winter class for you.

In the first four weeks the focus will be on basic techniques. After that it will be focused on individual interests to help develop you and what you would like to work on. Whether you are a beginner or have some knowledge of painting with watercolours this course is for all levels of ability.

Format: Each course runs for 8 weeks, every Thursday evening, from 19 January to 16 March 2023. We will have one-week half-term break on Thursday 16 February. Each session will run 6.30pm – 9pm (2.5 hours).

Accessibility: The Rowan building is wheelchair friendly and has accessible facilities. Please get in touch with us to let us know if there is something you need to be able to participate in our courses.
Transport: We do not have any parking at our building. On street parking is available and free after 5pm each day. There are also regular buses on Chesterton Road just a five minute walk from Rowan.
All of our community evening classes continue to support and help the running of Rowan’s day-to-day activities for adults with learning disabilities.
