Life Drawing – the fundamental practice for ALL ARTISTS for ALL those who wish to improve their observational skills.
When: Beginning on Thursday 25 January 2024 for eight weeks, 6.30pm to 9pm (2.5 hours). There will be a half term break on Thursday 22 February.
Format: View a full description of full course here.
Materials: Materials will be provided but if you want to, you can bring your own to practise/experiment with or get advice on how to use.
Tutor: After teaching life drawing, figurative studies and portraiture for nearly 20 years, throughout the UK and internationally, I have developed both an empathetic and technical teaching style, working with teenagers, adults, beginners and professional artists/designers. I found teaching became an exploration and a two-way conversation about individual perception. The focus of the study of human form can be instrumental in supporting individual expression and encouraging critical analysis. Visit Rebecca’s website here.
Cost: £220 per term
Accessibility: The Rowan building is wheelchair friendly and has accessible facilities. Please get in touch with us to let us know if there is something you need to be able to participate in our courses.
