.....TAKING INSPIRATION from Colombia’s environment, imagery & culture to create a fusion that is the concept of TROPICAL CHIC - “A Casual Look with a Twist” : GLASUAL, through exotic themes, strong designs, vivid colours and vibrant tones in multi-media and jewellery.

JEWELLERY DESCRIPTION : Contemporary designs that combine ethnic symbols from Latin America, and are influenced by Tropical Nature; frequently includes reproductions of pre-Colombian ethnic art in conjunction with polished natural stones, pearls, ceramics, beads and coconut shells, horn and macramé.
.....ART DESCRIPTION : Exotic creations illustrating my concept of TROPICAL CHIC that is built around themes of Colombian culture, diverse environments and the natural world resulting in an eclectic style that has strong contrasts of colours, shapes and materials.
Paintings are on a variety of substrate including silk, canvas, paper and board using oil, acrylic and watercolour, pastel media; either individually or in combination.
