Artist's StatementI have been making mosaics for 25 years. Originally inspired by the extraordinary examples from the ancient world, I'm still delighted by the variety and versatility of the possibilities that mosaic offers. I use a range of mosaic specific materials including vitreous glass, unglased ceramic, mirror, smalti and millefiori, as well as buttons, pebbles, shells, beads and other found objects.
