Artist's StatementMy work ranges from functional (tableware) to more decorative objects thrown on the wheel or hand-built. I create Stoneware and Earthenware pieces and enjoy exploring different techniques, working with oxides, experimenting with glazes and firing processes. I like to explore forms and shapes, capturing movements and embracing imperfections in my work – drawing from wabi-sabi philosophy. I am a member of Anglian Potters.
