Artist's StatementI grew up in Tasmania and the beauty of the place has never left me, so I have begun to explore how blocks and powdered glass can be fused together to reflect this remote, pristine wilderness.

I also play with fusing glass into practical objects such as bowls, flowers and jewellery.

In addition I fuse painted and photographic portraits onto glass to produce celebratory and memorial pieces.
