Artist's Statement

My textile designs are inspired by my Polish heritage and reference the cut outs from central Poland and the embroideries from traditional clothing. Natural forms, animals and birds all feature in the patterns. The designs are printed onto soft velvet or sturdy canvas and I design and hand make bags, cushions and other textile products.
