Artist's StatementI enjoy making comfortable chairs, benches, and the occasional table, all from English Hardwoods.
Most of this is Windsor style furniture, which requires steam bends and careful selection of wood to give it lightness and strength. I also make rocking chairs inspired by the Californian craftsman Sam Maloof.
