Artist's StatementLiz Hartley recently completed a year-long course in Fine Study Centre Art Printmaking at the Curwen Print Study Centre in Linton ( now at Great Thurlow. She draws on the rural landscapes, natural forms and the colour around her. She enjoys working in a variety of print media, but particularly enjoys linocut and working with plant material in monoprints or photolithography. She has exhibited in both Cambridge and London, at the Artworkers Guild and selected works are currently available through the Church Street Gallery in Saffron Walden.
