Artist's StatementI am a fine art painter based in Ely, specialising in oils and cold wax. My work is inspired by people, places and nature, and the history of my surroundings. I love the challenge of working in different styles and media. This year, my paintings and digital drawings are inspired by architecture and pattern. I have been experimenting with placing interior decoration on the exterior structure of buildings. I am a member of OuseLife and exhibit regularly in and around Ely.
