Artist's StatementI'm an artist, musician and poet - always experimenting - an eternal learner! As a visual artist I work mostly by intuition so my styles and themes are varied. Inspiration is everywhere. I love nature... leaves, seashells, puddles... and express ideas and emotions through both naturalism and abstraction. Lately I find myself drawn to abstract, interior worlds - sometimes weaving musical or poetic influences into the works. For me, all of this keeps things intriguing and a little unpredictable. I love to open my small and peaceful garden studio (The Beach Hut) to the public through Cambridge Open Studios across July. Sometimes, warm acoustic live music is also happening in this space!
