Artist's StatementBefore my new life as a quiltmaker I was an exhibiting artist and printmaker but switched to quilt making and textiles when I moved to Cambridge 10 years ago. I am always drawn to and hold a passion for modern bright colours and patterns and I am experimental by nature and love to try a range of different techniques in my work. My quilts and textile pieces are modern and contemporary in nature and come in all shapes and sizes for domestic use as well as decorative wall hangings. I also make other textile wall art both framed and unframed and quilted accessories.
