Artist's StatementMy work is often related to animal and bird life, I sketch in diaries while abroad and at home and these help me to work up paintings or mono prints and Lino cuts from home. I also like to experiment in acrylics and mixed media on a variety of papers,this keeps my work fresh and varied. As a member of a local art club I find fellow artists are a great source of inspiration and encouragement and this gave me the push I needed to exhibit my work.
