Artist's StatementI weave tapestries using a range of yarns and objects found in the landscapes that I am drawn to. As a migrant these tend to echo similarities and contrasts of wetland, moorland, forest and skyscapes vs mountain scapes. I am guided by colour and shape, but in particular the colours and the natural materials that evoke the qualities of the places I call home.
