Artist's StatementI am a self taught abstract painter originally from Brittany but living in Cambridge since 1999. I am inspired by life, people, nature, skies, arts and music 🎶 My paintings are spontaneous, imaginative, colourful or monochrome. I usually work on A4/A3 multimedia paper, wood or glass, using acrylic and/or watercolour paint, lots of water and sometimes salt. I try to make my art alive, as much as possible, whilst splashing and dripping the paint, rotating and shaking the paper. I only paint with my headphones on, with music that I chose before starting. I would say that music makes me paint…😊
