Artist's StatementI work predominantly with eco silver but I sometimes gild certain pieces with gold where I feel the addition of light and sparkle is needed.
The pieces I make are highly influenced by nature
I often work on joint exhibitions with my husband Bob Banks. His jewel like pastel & oil paintings compliment my small scale ‘treasures’.
I take great pleasure in sharing my skills in workshops I run throughout the year (3 people maximum to ensure enough one to one tuition and help)
ON FOOT: Short walk from centre, don’t walk along Downham Road as this is the long way instead from EGREMONT STREET cross to UPHERDS LANE (this is an unmade up road but quicker) look for allotments on left & small alley way opposite on right to MERLIN DRIVE
BY CAR A10 then off DOWNHAM ROAD almost opposite Ely College look for A FRAME pointing to MERLIN DRIVE
