Artist's StatementAnna combines old and new cloth to create a range of cushions, footstools and lampshades. Contrasting fabrics are often pieced together, sometimes left whole, vintage fabrics are repaired where necessary. She goes on to illustrate these pieces with screenprint and free machine embroidery before making them into one off items for interiors. Work can be seen all year round in her studio at Haddenham Arts Centre, and is also available at CraftCo, Southwold, Make Holt, North Norfolk, Ashburn Gallery, Ashburton and Jessica Muir Gallery, Long Melford.
