Artist's StatementPlace Life Colour
Place: I get fascinated by the specific atmosphere of a place. Lately I have started to paint landscapes and plant details.
Life: Perhaps plants bursting through a wall or a road, wood and fens.
Colour: I love bright, rich colours. Sometimes I like to push myself by using only three pigments. Sometimes I like to desaturate colours.

I'm looking forward to exhibiting with Riverside Arts, weekends 8/9th and 15/16th July, at the New from Old furniture workshop. Easy parking, beautiful location.
I am a member of OuseLife and we will be exhibiting in early September this year with the theme of "Reflection".
