Artist's StatementI am a Cambridge-based multimedia visual artist. My interest lies in portraying narratives of solitude and I strive to achieve this by using a myriad of painting, printmaking and sculptural techniques.
I grew up in east London and was originally trained in furnishing textiles and interior design. My recent MA in fine art printmaking has enabled me to push my practice into new directions.
I am the Lead Panellist for the art book series 'The City Through the Eyes of its Artists', founded by Emma Bennett, and I am a specialist artist facilitator for Kettle’s Yard. I also teach oil painting and printmaking privately and mentor students studying for GCSE and A level Art exams.
My Cambridge Walkabout original Solarplateâ„¢etchings can be found exclusively at Cambridge Contemporary Art.
I often collaborate with other artists. Since 2019 I have been working on a series of art work with fellow visual artist Cathy Faithfull.
